- Disguise yourself as a Waitress with the Holo-Monocle. Then, go into the kitchen. There, you will see a blue door with 4 yellow lines. Do NOT remove your Holo-Disguise and go through the door. Pass the first Casino Guard and then look to your right. You will see a room. There will be 2 blue doors with 4 yellow lines. Go to the blue door that can only be opened with your Omni-Key 3000. Open it, go through it, and there you are!
